1. Service Area
  • We proudly serve the Chippewa Valley & Eau Claire area.
  • Clients must be located within our mobile service radius to book an appointment.
3. Appointment & Arrival
  • We arrive within a scheduled time window at your home.
  • If you live in an apartment, please bring pup to our van.
  • A safe, level parking spot for our grooming van is required (driveway or curb).
  • Access to your property/driveway must be clear and accessible.
5. Health & Safety
  • The safety of your pet is our top priority. We may stop a service if a pet shows signs of illness or extreme stress.
  • Severe matting may require a transformation that prioritizes comfort over aesthetics.
  • If grooming becomes unsafe for the pet or the groomer, we reserve the right to end the session early.

Service Policies

We want every grooming session to be a safe, happy experience for you and your pet. Please review our mobile service guidelines below.

2. Pet Requirements
  • Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.
  • Pets must be reasonably social and able to stand for the duration of the groom.
  • Severe aggression or extreme anxiety may require a specialized vet-groomer or vet precribed calming agents.
4. Cancellations
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
