Zoom & Groom has been serving pets throughout the Chippewa Valley since 2019, building a reputation for convenient mobile grooming and trusted care.
In 2026, Jordan took a leap of faith and became the sole owner of Zoom & Groom. After years of working in the grooming industry, she saw an opportunity to build something even stronger, a business centered around quality, consistency, personalized care, and a more elevated grooming experience.
Today, Zoom & Groom is entering a new chapter with premium products, thoughtfully designed services, luxury add-ons, continued education, and a renewed commitment to both pets and their owners.
For Jordan, this business is more than a career. It is a chance to create something meaningful for her family, her team, and the community she serves. Her goal is to make every appointment comfortable, convenient, and tailored to the individual pet, while continuing to earn the trust of local families for years to come.

Zoom and Groom is hands down the best grooming around. Extremely convenient, great prices, very accommodating schedule, awesome groomers. My dog, Bella, pictured below is the Airport Greeter. She comes to work with me everyday to meet pilots who fly in to the Eau Claire Airport. It was time she dolled herself up a bit. I texted Zoom and Groom and they were able to groom Bella the next day. They came right out to the Airport. Felicia was her groomer. She did an EXCELLENT job!! This is my second time using Zoom and Groom. They do not disappoint! Thank you Zoom and Groom....Love, Bella , aka Airport Greeter.

I can not emphasize enough how talented and great these ladies are! They do phenomenal work, have a wonderful approach to dogs and let's not forget that they come to your house! So convenient, worth every penny and we will absolutely be using Zoom and Groom again!!!

My dog was looking for a new hair style. Being he is 6, I decided to let him choose on his own. Little did I know he would come out of the van with one of the most Patriotic, ‘Murica loving haircuts I have ever seen. He’s been in the garage tinkering with the lawnmower because he knows “we can squeeze ‘bout 5 more horsepower outta this thang” and jamming 70s and 80s rock on max volume ever since getting his cut this morning. This haircut has changed his life for the better and I owe it to Zoom and Groom. You guys are the best.
